Introduction:

These terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply to the use of our private hire vehicle services

The Services by you, the customer, By using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions (The Contract) you must not use the Services.

Definitions:

In these Terms, the following definitions apply:

“1998 Act” means the Private Hire Vehicles (London) Act 1998.

“Transport for London” or “TFL” means the Governmental body responsible for the regulation of

Transport Services in London, therefore

As a Licensed Private Hire Operator we enter into a Contractual Obligation as Principle with the Person making the Private Hire booking to provide the Journey which is the subject of the booking.  This Contractual Obligation must be consistent with the 1998 Act and the Private Hire Vehicles (London) (Operators Licences) Regulations 2000 as amended by the Private Hire Vehicles (London) (Operators Licences (Amendment 2022.

Our Services:

Flyway Carriages Limited offer Private hire vehicle services to customers in London and from London to anywhere in UK and Europe.  Our Services include the provision of a Private hire Vehicle and a Driver to transport customers to their desired destination.

Bookings:

Customers can book our Services by Phone, email, or through our Website. Once booked we will confirm in Writing, Email, SMS, a detailed Confirmation will be sent to Customer. Payment for the Services can be made in advance using Credit or Debit Card, or on the Day at the end of Journey directly to Driver. Customers are responsible for providing full details of their address along with address at their Destination. Customers are also advised to allow enough time especially when traveling to Airports, Stations or attending meetings. Flyway Carriages will not take any responsibility if passenger misses his/her flight train, or any other event due to traffic, accident, or any other unexpected scenario delay due to any cause beyond our reasonable control. 

Cancelation No Show and Waiting Time:

For Meet and Greet services we provide a maximum of 45 minutes free waiting time from the time flight has landed, we will add Parking in total price agreed upon booking.

Once free waiting time has elapsed, a standard charge of £15.00 is applicable for every 20 minutes.

Pick up from Homes, Events, and Offices will be given 15 minutes free waiting time, once free waiting time is elapsed a standard charge of £15.00 is applicable for every 20 minutes.

We will make every efforts to ensure that the service is provided on time, but we will not accept any liability for failure to deliver the services at the stated time where the delay in providing the service is caused by events beyond the control of our Chauffeur and Staff.

Customers may cancel and amend their booking at any time by calling or in writing; there will be a full charge for cancellations if booking is cancelled once Driver has been dispatched (Less than 4 hrs.) Cancellation within 24 hours prior to dispatch will be charged 50% of total agreed price.

Cancellation 24 hours prior to dispatch will be No Charge.

(Cancellations or Amendments must be made in Writing or Calling Office)

Insurance:

We hold appropriate insurance cover for all of our Vehicles and Chauffeur.

Customers are responsible for any damage they may cause to the vehicle, it includes Cleaning, body work or interior damage, we reserve the right to charge and can send a separate Invoice if needed.

Complaints:

If you have a complaint about our Services, please contact us at your earliest so that we can find the way to come across a meaningful conclusion. You can reach us by calling or sending email.

No Smoking Policy:

Flyway Carriages and their Chauffeur and staff will not allow any passenger to smoke in their Cars in all circumstances.

Law and Jurisdiction:

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and interpreted according to English law. All disputes arising under these Terms and Conditions are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
